New CD Review in from Europe

Voluntary Mother Earth’s latest CD (which is by now a one-year-old) “Unacceptable Vegetable” has just received another great review from somewhere in Europe, on a music webzine called “Losing Today”.

Voluntary Mother Earth Welcomes New Communal Mother

We got one good piece of news today.

Since we fucked up by asking an un-trustworthy son of a gun to join
us and found out he didn’t really exist, as least in our rehearsal
room, we’ve been looking for a better son of a gun.

And today we welcomed a guitar player named Masa Onodera into the
band as Communal Mother.

He’s a unique musician in that he went nearly deaf not once but twice
but survived. He says it’s so nice to be able to hear things.

Sometimes, or maybe often, we hear things we never wish to hear, but
I guess it’s worth it.

So, from today Voluntary Mother Earth will be a foursome again. We
will soon change our band name to “Tokyo Singles’ Club” for all the
band members have been single for a long mother-fucking time.
