Day 16 Chicago

Chicago at Quencher’s.

So we’re back to Chicago.
Before the show, we talked to this North Carolina band Hammer No More The Fingers. Really nice guys. We thoroughly enjoyed sharing the stage with all the crazy bands this night. Also Keith the sound man and Arunas the booking man both treated us very nicely. Thank you mucho-gracias much!

Gracias Chicago!

Here’re the pictures.

See you soon,

Day 15 St. Louis

Lemp Neighborhood Arts Center.

Voted one of the best shows by the three of us. We really loved playing here. One of the reasons why we liked it so much was because here at Lemp, people come to listen, not to drink and get fucked up and do stupid things. This is probably my first time ever to play for an audience that includes high school students in the U.S.

Before the show this guy Andew came up to talk to us, and we found out that he was one of the viewers of my friend Jeremy Thorn’s YouTube episodes. Looks like Jeremy plugged our tour on his shows. Mucho gracias Jeremy Fucking Thorn! And of course, thank you so much Andrew!

After the show, we had a cute little conversation in Japanese with a cute little American girl named Natalie. Thanks Natalie!

We slept at the venue with another touring band Pterodactyl from New York, and went off to Chicago next morning. Thank you so very much Mark and everybody at Lemp!

Here’re some pictures.

See you again soon!

Days 12-13 NYC

Another unwanted dayoff on day 12, and played another NYC show on day 13 with my friend Gabriel’s horn team “Evil Horns”. First VME show with a horn section. Turned out nice and beautiful.
Great times! Mucho Gracias Gabe!

Here’re the pictures.

See you soon,

Day 11 Boston

We drove from NYC to Boston today.
Got lost in The Bronx, and got stuck in a traffic jam in Connecticut, and it took us 7 long hours to drive this 210-mile trip.

The audience was super nice and we had a blast playing there. One of the best audiences on this tour for shizzle. Being a weirdo’s band singing songs about things that are not really sexy, it’s always nice to see female members of the community in the audience actually listening to and enjoying what we’re doing. Thanks!

If you were at the show, browse through the pictures below and see if you can find yourself in one of them. If you do, just let us know which one is you. Hopefully we get to see you next time again!

So here’re the photos.

See you soon!

Days 9-10 off in Brooklyn/NYC

So we are still out and about in New York on Wednesday and Thursday. Went to the park in Brooklyn, and watched some free movies in Broadway, being regular tourists.

New York’s a fascinating city and I hope someday I get to live here for a year or two when I’m rich, maybe in my next reincarnation, or something.

So here’re some pictures.

See you soon.
