New Bass Player Joins VME

A new bassist Sakura Cherry-O was welcomed into Voluntary Mother Earth.

Our last bass player Noriff Micky was honorably discharged from this madness last month. He needed some time on his own and he and the band are still on good terms with each other. We thank him for all the hard work he put into this group and wish him well.

Sakura Cherry-O will be playing shows with us starting the coming U.S. tour. He and the band are looking forward to seeing you then. He will be forced to accept the mighty old American cheese burger as THE way of life, by me. We’re totally excited to come play the U.S. again!

Cincinatti Show Cancelled!

There you go!
The Cincinatti show has been, apparently, cancelled without us knowing about it…
It looks like the venue went out of business. We wish them well!

Also, the Philly show… Honestly we don’t know what’s going on right now…
It was booked at Blockley Pourhouse, then the booker told me it was moved to Black Lodge, and now I can’t get ahold of the booker… We’ll see!

Other shows are as scheduled. No change (at least as far as I know).

Right now listening to “Moonmadness” by the 70’s British band Camel. Great band. Great guitars. Love ‘em.
